About this BlogI love to make pizza. The Wife and I joined a CSA for the first time this year and began to wonder what we would do with all of the vegetables that we get each week. I mean, what do you do with 12 different kinds of lettuce??? I began to think, why not try to find a way to use some of the vegetables on a different pizza each week. So began the idea for this blog. Each week I'll try to use some of the CSA vegetables that we get as pizza toppings and post the results. I'm sure I'll get some topping combos that are keepers and others that are questionable at best. Either way, it should be a good time.
